Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping and processing fees cover processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchased, and delivering them to you. Most products are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within 10-12 business days of when you placed your order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

Returns & Replacements

We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. Please note that we cannot accept returns on monogrammed/personalized items, special orders, custom orders, gift cards, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
